APP Modified water proofing membrane

APP Modified Bitumen membrane is a plastomeric waterproofing membrane, manufactured from a rich mixture of bitumen and selected polymers(Atatic Poly Propylene) blended together to obtain excellent heat and UV resistance and waterproofing properties. The APP membrane, short for Atactic Polypropylene Membrane, is a special waterproofing material that is manufactured from Bitumen. APP-modified bitumen is a roofing membrane which is applied to asphalt with a torch. The process looks a little similar to mopping, as the applicator /experts must spread the membrane across all sections of the roof. Once applied, you can choose to leave the roof's surface smooth or add granule.

Acrylic cementitious coating

Acrylic Cementitious coating refers to a coating that contains Portland cement as one of its components and is held on the surface by a binder.Acrylic Polymer Waterproof Coating is a modified acrylic hybrid system which has many uses like waterproofing of toilets, sunken portions, roofs, swimming pools, water tanks, asbestos roofs, terraces, china chips terraces, etc. It can also be used for crack repair, and rehabilitation projects.

Crystallization waterproofing

Crystalline waterproofing is a technology that involves the development of crystals to help achieve watertight concrete structures. As these chemicals penetrate through the capillaries and pores, the reaction with the mineral by-products of cement hydration creates the crystalline formation that fills the cracks or the pore. Crystalline waterproofing can be applied by a brush or with spray-on equipment. The crystals that formed within the concrete are insoluble and will be resistant to physical damage and do not deteriorate, there is no danger of punctures, tears or seam leaks. As a result, a building's durability increases when crystalline waterproofing systems are used.

Joint Sealants

Joint sealants are used to seal joints and openings (gaps) between two or more substrates, and are a critical component for building design and construction. The key function of joint sealing is to minimize water ingress and create a secure waterproofing barrier. ... Joint sealing solutions are recommended for use in all kinds of construction and joints for waterproofing.

Protective coating

Protective coatings are applied to a surface to protect the substrate from corrosion. An effective way in which to protect metal from corrosion is by physical isolating a substrate from its environment by applying protective coatings. n addition, there are also four types of protective coatings for metal: barrier, inhibitive, sacrificial, and combination. Barrier coatings protect metal by preventing water, oxygen, and electrolytes from coming in contact with the underlying metal. Inhibitive coatings contain chemicals that hinder corrosion.

Concrete repair

Concrete repair is the process of fixing a hardened concrete surface that, over time, has lost the ability to hold the binding concrete materials together due to damage or environmental exposure. Concrete repair is appropriate for cracks, physical impacts, chipped out surfaces or surface scaling.

PU grouting

Polyurethane grouting involves the injection of expanding polyurethane to fill and seal cracks and voids and relevel slabs. involves the injection of expanding polyurethane to fill and seal cracks and voids and relevel slabs. PU grouting is especially effective when there is an ongoing water seepage because the resin reacts chemically with water and expands in volume to block out the pores and voids in the affected substrate.

PU epoxy coating

Epoxy systems is in the molecular structure of the two, which affects how the molecules fuse together during the curing process. Essentially, polyurethanes have a higher cross-link density than epoxies, making them more durable. Epoxy floors tend to offer more durability than PU floors. This type of resin is harder and also has a great compression strength. If you'll have heavy equipment using your floors regularly, such as forklifts, epoxy resin might be the way to go. Epoxy also resists some materials better than PU does.

Thermal insulation

Thermal insulation is used by the building industry to reduce the heat loss or gain through the house envelope (external walls, windows, roofs, foundation, etc.). Thermal insulation creates thermal comfort inside the houses by keeping the temperature in suitable condition.
